Instructions for Using our On-line Ordering Facility

Our new on-line ordering facility has now been made available.
Orders can be accepted from established credit account customers, or by placing your order by credit / debit card using our secure
credit card ordering facility.

If you have a credit account open with Hi-Lite Signs Limited, our on-line service can be accessed by providing
an user name and password, available by return email from our Sales Team. (Please note: a valid email address is required)

If you wish to open a credit account with Hi-Lite Signs, please request an application form either by emailing to sales@hi-litesigns.com,
by fax to 01507 600309, or by telephoning our Sales Team on 01507 600500. Please state if you wish to use on-line ordering and provide
your email address. Once your application has been approved, Log-on details will be sent to you by email.

Using On-line Ordering

There are two main methods to order on-line. the first method is to select the On-line ordering link from the left panel of the main page;
This will provide access directly to our server and allow selection of products by product category or by making use of our search facility.

The second method allows for selection of products directly from our on-line catalogue pages. Individual pages can be selected from the "quick-select" button bar at the top of the page. A symbol will correspond to the category of sign on each page - for example the warning symbol (black exclaimation mark and triangle on yellow background) represents a page or warning signs. Where more than one catalogue page is available for
any given category, you will see numbered links below the symbol which provide access to further pages.
Once you have located the sign you require, click on the red "buy" symbol to add the item to your shopping cart. Where the sign is available in
a combination of sizes and materials, you will be presented with a grid showing all available sizes and materials. Simply select the size/material of your choice. NOTE: Moving the cursor over size or material codes provides a pop-up box with further details to assist your choice.

Both the two methods detailed above can be used in combination so that you may select some products from catalogue pages but still use
our search facility or category selection for other items.

Carriage

Carriage is free on all orders over £50 which are placed online.

VAT

All prices advertised within these pages are exclusive of VAT at the current rate
